Working experience

From 1985 to 1988 Senior at the K.P.M.G. of Milan, auditing certification company, medium capital company team manager.
From 1988 to 1996 associated chartered accountant in Como "Studio Cereghini", responsible for capital company for the fiscal and corporate part.
Since 1997 opening of the accountant "Studio Brenna". Services offered: management control, labor consultancy, administrative consultancy, tax advice, corporate consultancy, auditing, privacy.
Italian multinational referent UE - Extra UE.
Extra-EU company tax representative.
Statutory auditor of capital companies. Treasurer of service associations.

Education and training

Maturity scientific  at the Liceo Galileo Galilei of Erba (CO) in 1976.
From 1977 to 1978 military service in the Bersaglieri in Aviano (PN).
Degree in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 1987.
Qualification to the profession of Chartered Accountant and registration in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Como in 1992.
Registration in the Register of Auditors, with Ministerial Decree 12/04/1995.
